About

Hi, I’m Lindsey!

I’m a medical copywriter for health and wellness professionals, with over 15 years of experience as a registered nurse in pediatric intensive care. Caring for critically ill children and their families has taught me more about myself, humanity, and life than I ever thought possible. It’s been some of the best and hardest work that I’ve ever done.

Writing has always been a passion of mine, and it is gentler on my body, mind, and soul than traditional nursing. I love the art and science of medicine and healthcare. I love combining that with the power of words and genuine connection to uplift the people, businesses, and services I believe in- and I work hard to help them succeed.

I live in Alaska with my partner, Mike, and our pup, Larry. While I’m not writing or nursing, I’ll be outside with them- skiing, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, fishing, and exploring the Alaskan wilderness.

My Process

What to expect when partnering with a medical copywriter-

  • Use the form at the bottom of this page to book your free Consult Call with me. Before we chat, I will take a look at your website and get to know your business. On your 15 to 30-minute Consult Call, we will talk about your business, goals, and copywriting needs, and make sure we are a good fit for each other.

  • I will email you a custom proposal within 24-48 hours. If everything sounds great, I will then send you a contract outlining your project- including a timeline, and invoice. 50% of your invoice is due when you sign your contract.

  • I get to work! You will receive the first draft of your copy via Google Docs. You have two rounds of edits with me- let me know if anything needs to be changed. You will also receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of your balance at this time.

  • I’ll get any edits to you, and that’s a wrap! I’m always happy to hear any feedback you have on my writing. We can then discuss booking further projects together and more ways to help you meet your business goals.
